在钻井过程中,一旦发现天然气流入井眼,就应即时将井内天然气循环出地面,以免造成井喷。本文介绍计算机模拟井控中涉及的各种因素。计算机输出包括输入的基本数据和模拟输出结果两部分。宽行打印机印出应控制的套管压力、环空气柱高度、井下任一深度所承受的压力、气顶深度和流动阻力等数据,并画图表示上述动态参数。输出结果可作井控施工参考,井控研究和培训钻井工程人员用。压井方法为常用的司钻法和工程师法。井控模拟程序包括大陆钻井和海洋钻井。
During the drilling process, once the natural gas is found to flow into the wellbore, natural gas in the well should be circulated out of the ground immediately to avoid blowout. This article describes the various factors involved in computer simulation well control. Computer output includes the input of basic data and analog output of two parts. The wide line printer prints the data of the casing pressure, the height of the ring air column, the pressure under any depth in the borehole, the depth of the gas cap and the flow resistance, and plots the above dynamic parameters. The output can be used for well control construction reference, well control research and training of drilling engineers. Well killing methods commonly used driller and engineer law. Well control simulation programs include continental and offshore drilling.
