目的研究天麻Gastrodia elata的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等各种色谱技术对天麻50%乙醇提取物进行分离,根据其所得化合物的理化性质与UV、IR、MS、NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从天麻50%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为1-furan-2-yl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethane-1,2-dione(1)、2,4-bis(4-hydroxybenzl)-phenol(2)、4-(甲氧甲基)苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、1-furan-2-yl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone(4)、巴利森苷B(5)、巴利森苷C(6)、{1-[4-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧)苄基],2-[4-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧)苄基]}柠檬酸酯(7)、bis(4-hydroxybenzyl)sulfide(8)、对羟基苄基二硫醚(9)。结论化合物1为未见报道的新化合物,命名为天麻呋喃二酮,化合物9为该属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata. Methods The extracts of 50% ethanol from Gastrodia elata Blume were separated by column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and UV, IR, MS, NMR and other spectroscopic data . Results Nine compounds were isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Gastrodia elata Blume and identified as 1-furan-2-yl-2- (4-hydroxy-phenyl) -bis (4-hydroxybenzl) -phenol (2), 4- (methoxymethyl) phenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) (4-hydroxy-phenyl) -ethanone (4), Barentin glycoside B (5), Ballyllin C (6), {1- [4- ) -β-D-glucopyranosyloxy) benzyl] 2- (4- (β-D-glucopyranosyloxy) benzyl]} citrate ), P-hydroxybenzyl disulfide (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound which has not been reported, named as Gastrodione and Compound 9 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
