本文结合济南高等交通专科学校图书馆的设计实践，对建设场地生态环境进行科学的分析，平衡技术、 经济等各种因素，制定因地制宜的设计策略，寻求适合国情的生态建筑发展途径。同时，关注人文环境的创新，寻 求建筑艺术创作中合适的审美定位
Based on the design and practice of the library of Jinan Higher Traffic Institute, this article analyzes the ecological environment of the construction site scientifically, balances the technical and economic factors, and formulates the design strategy according to local conditions to seek for the development of ecological architecture suitable for the national conditions. At the same time, pay attention to the innovation of human environment and seek the appropriate aesthetic position in the architectural art creation
