从经济、技术和应用要求的因素来考虑,在锅炉控制中,今后将要以数字控制为主,这是因为与模拟控制方法相比,数字控制有如下一些优点: 1.在把输入的变送器信号用于产生控制信号之前,可以有许多方法对其进行试验。而用通常的模拟方法时,如果输入信号有误,一般情况下就会立即产生错误的控制动作。 2.数字控制能够诊断出它本身大部分错误,同时能够插入手动的或备用的控制回路,来阻止错误控制作用的出现。这在模拟结构中是做不到的。在模拟硬件系统当中,如果有一个元件发生故障,一般总要导致错误的控制动作。
