胰腺癌侵袭转移分子机制和靶向治疗

胰腺癌具有高度侵袭、转移特性。研究表明,人体内多种基因、分子、蛋白的异常表达与胰腺癌侵袭转移相关,针对这些靶点研发的药物、疫苗或者采取靶向性基因干扰/导入技术等均能显著地抑制胰腺癌的侵袭转移能力。因此,多靶点治疗将有望改善胰腺癌患者的预后。现对近年来胰腺癌侵袭转移相关的分子靶标和靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述。 Pancreatic cancer has a high degree of invasion and metastasis.
