目的 探讨低强度脉冲电磁场对小鼠血液流变学指标的影响 .方法 将小鼠分为 4组 ,前 3组分别暴露于脉冲频率为 15 Hz,脉冲时延为 5 ms,强度分别为 2× 10 - 4 T,4× 10 - 4T,8× 10 - 4 T的磁感应强度下 ,时间为 10 d,每日 6 h,后 1组为对照组 ,第 10日统一摘右眼取血 ,测定其血液流变学指标中的血细胞比容及全血高切、低切表观粘度 .结果 低强度低频率脉冲电磁场辐照组与对照组比较 ,除 2× 10 - 4 T组的红细胞聚集指数不显著外 ,磁场辐照组的血细胞比容 ,全血高切、低切表观粘度及红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) .结论 低强度脉冲电磁场可以降低血细胞比容及全血高切、低切表观粘度 ,可提高血液的流动性 ,有利于心、脑血管疾病的治疗和预防
Objective To investigate the effect of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields on hemorrheological parameters in mice.Methods The mice were divided into four groups, the first three groups were exposed to pulse frequency of 15 Hz, pulse delay of 5 ms, the intensity of 2 × 10 ~ 4 T, 4 × 10 - 4T, 8 × 10 - 4 T under the magnetic induction intensity, the time was 10 d, daily 6 h, after 1 group as the control group, Hematological indexes, hematocrit and whole blood high-cut and low-cut apparent viscosity.Results Compared with the control group, in low-intensity low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field irradiation group, except the 2 × 10 - 4 T group, the erythrocyte aggregation index In the magnetic field irradiation group, the hematocrit, whole blood high-cut, low-cut apparent viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) .Conclusion Low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field can reduce hematocrit and whole blood high-cut, low cut apparent viscosity, can improve blood flow, is conducive to the treatment of heart and cerebrovascular disease and prevention
