通过三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)对Cr(VI)的富集(15 d)和释放实验(15 d)过程中肝胰脏、鳃的SOD活性、MDA及MTs含量的变化,探讨Cr(VI)对三疣梭子蟹不同组织的毒性效应影响及其差异。结果表明,经过15 d的富集,1.50 mg/L、0.30 mg/L实验组肝胰脏、鳃的SOD、MDA及MTs含量均显著高于对照组水平(P<0.05),在15 d的释放后,两个浓度实验组肝胰脏、鳃的SOD、MDA及MTs含量均能够恢复到对照组水平(P>0.05)。三疣梭子蟹鳃的SOD活性,MDA和MTs含量达到峰值的时间早于肝胰脏,但是峰值水平低于肝胰脏,鳃的恢复时间短于肝胰脏。
The effects of Cr (VI) on the activity of MDA and MTs in hepatopancreas and gill during the enrichment (15 d) and release experiment (15 d) of Portunus trituberculatus were investigated. Toxic effects of different tissues of Portunus trituberculatus and their differences.
