对1145M电缆铝箔(厚015~02mm)的10批产品132个试样进行了对比试验和统计分析,结果表明:侧边粗糙度不符合国家标准的条形非标准试样的延伸率与标准试样的延伸率显著不同,二者的差值符合正态分布,期望值为68%,方差为19%,按90%的置信度落在(684±315)%范围内,相当于标准试样延伸率期望值的(348±16)%。如用户按非标准试样测得的延伸率的数值δB,可按95%置信度按δA=δB×(153+15-13)%估计标准试样的延伸率δA的数值。
