目的研究糖尿病性青光眼前房角组织的超微结构。方法对6例糖尿病性青光眼小梁采用Hu12A透射电镜观察其超微结构的病理改变。结果小梁原有结构消失,代之以层状结构的纤细胶原纤维,小梁间隙表面衬附的内皮细胞蜕变、脱落或消失,内皮细胞下无基膜样物质,小梁内见少许小血管。结论小梁网内皮细胞蜕变、脱落或消失及小梁原有结构消失后的纤细胶原纤维增生,新生血管膜形成是糖尿病性青光眼前房角组织的主要病理改变
Objective To study the ultrastructure of anterior chamber angle in diabetic glaucoma. Methods Six cases of diabetic glaucoma trabecular meshwork using Hu 12A transmission electron microscopy of the ultrastructure of the pathological changes. Results The original structure of the trabeculae disappeared, replaced by the slender collagen fibers in the lamellar structure. The endothelial cells lining the trabecular surface degenerated, disappeared or disappeared. There were no basement membrane-like substances under the endothelial cells. . CONCLUSIONS: The proliferation, exfoliation or disappearance of trabecular meshwork endothelial cells and the proliferation of fibrillar fibrils after the disappearance of the original structure of trabecular meshwork are the main pathological changes in the anterior chamber angle of diabetic glaucoma
