[目的]建立螺螨酯在土壤中的残留分析方法。[方法]土壤样品经乙腈-水(体积比4∶1)混合振荡提取,静置后过膜,HPLC-DAD直接测定。[结果]当添加质量分数为1.0、10.0 mg/kg时,螺螨酯在黄壤、水稻土和石灰土中的添加平均回收率分别为94.8%~96.1%、91.0%~97.8%和93.2%~99.1%,RSD分别为0.8%~4.8%、2.7%~3.2%和1.6%~1.9%。方法最小检出量为1.0×10-9 g,土壤中最小检出质量分数为1.0 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单,样品分析速度快,准确度、精密度及灵敏度均满足农药残留分析的要求,可用于土壤中螺螨酯残留量的检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the analytical method of spirodiclofen residue in soil. [Method] The soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water (volume ratio 4: 1) by shaking. [Result] The average recoveries of spirodiclofen in yellow soil, paddy soil and lime soil were 94.8% ~ 96.1%, 91.0% ~ 97.8% and 93.2% ~ 9% when the mass fraction of 1.0 and 10.0 mg / 99.1% with RSD of 0.8% -4.8%, 2.7% -3.2% and 1.6% -1.9%, respectively. The minimum detectable amount was 1.0 × 10-9 g and the minimum detectable mass fraction in soil was 1.0 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, accurate, precise and sensitive. The method met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis and could be used for the determination of spirodiclofen in soil.
