五羰基铁是我们生产羰基铁粉的中间产品,它的生产方法是用多孔性还原铁块与一氧化碳在高温高压下合成的。 Fe+5CO=Fe(CO)_5 没有经过提纯处理的五羰基铁是含有杂质的,主要杂质有:四羰基铁、八羰基钴、硫化羰基铁钴、四羰基镍等。我们自前出售的产品就是属于这一类型。 五羰基铁的用途,主要是用其制造羰基铁粉,把它加在汽油里,用作抗震剂;也可以作为低压合成丁醇催化剂;国外还用它制造九羰基铁。由于五羰基铁具有高蒸汽压,在气相中容易输送,又有低的分解温度,是一种比较理想的铁源。目前广泛用它制作氧化铁薄膜的半透明光刻掩模,采用这种方法具有设备简单、制作周期短,产量大,成本低等优点。
