试验电磁纯铁(/%:0.002~0.004C,0.01~0.02Si,0.04~0.05Mn,0.005S,0.006~0.009P,0.41~1.16A1)由200 kg真空感应炉熔炼,热轧成6.0 mm板再冷轧至3.0 mm板。研究了铝含量(0.41%~1.16%Al)和磁性退火温度(900~1 050℃)对冷轧板矫顽力影响。结果表明,随铝含量增加,纯铁的晶粒尺寸增大矫顽力降低;适当提高铝含量,可增加退火板的晶粒尺寸,降低矫顽力;当铝含量提高至1.16%,采用1 050℃退火,纯铁矫顽力可降至16 A
