我们观察了肝再生刺激因子(HSS)对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致小鼠血清转氨酶(ALT)及肝组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。结果显示小鼠腹腔注射40%CCl_4液体石腊可使血清ALT明显升高,给予HSS及联苯双酯治疗后第3天ALT明显降低,第7天恢复到正常水平。注射CCl_4使肝组织匀浆中MDA含量比对照组增高86%,而GSH的含量仅为对照组的51.7%。给予CCl_4后随即给予HSS可使CCl_4诱导MDA升高的水平明显下降,但未能恢复到正常;使下降的GSH明显回升到接近正常。单纯给予HSS组其MDA水平明显低于对照组,但对GSH水平无影响。以上结果表明,乳猪肝脏中存在促进肝细胞再生的物质,该物质能减轻或修复化学性药物CCl_4所致的肝过氧化损伤。其作用原理可能与HSS阻断自由基,稳定细胞膜结构,促进肝细胞DNA合成,促进肝细胞再生有关。
We observed the effects of hepatic stimulating factor (HSS) on serum transaminase (ALT) and lipid peroxidation (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) )Impact. The results showed that the intraperitoneal injection of 40% CCl_4 liquid paraffin can significantly increase serum ALT, given HSS and bifendate treatment, ALT was significantly reduced on the third day, the first 7 days returned to normal levels. Injection of CCl_4 increased the content of MDA in liver homogenate by 86% compared with the control group, while the content of GSH was only 51.7% of the control group. Immediate administration of HSC after CCl_4 administration significantly decreased the level of MDA induced by CCl_4, but failed to return to normal levels. The decreased GSH returned to near normal level. The level of MDA in HSS group was significantly lower than that in control group, but had no effect on GSH level. The above results indicate that there is a substance that promotes liver cell regeneration in the liver of suckling pig, which can reduce or repair the damage of liver peroxidation caused by the chemical drug CCl 4. Its mechanism of action may be related to HSS blocking free radicals, stabilizing cell membrane structure, promoting DNA synthesis in hepatocytes and promoting hepatocyte regeneration.
