[开篇的话]2008伊始,为了认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神,用科学发展观武装全党,中央决定开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,今年上半年先行试点,奥运会后在全党推开。中央把我省确定为全国的3个试点省份之一,充分体现了中央对我们作为西部大省的重视、关怀和信任,使全省广大党员干部倍受鼓舞。 At the beginning of 2008, in order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 17th National Party Congress and arm the entire party with the scientific concept of development, the Central Committee decided to carry out further studies and practices in implementing the scientific outlook on development. It piloted in the first half of this year and pushed forward throughout the party after the Olympic Games . The Central Government has identified our province as one of the three pilot provinces in the country, fully demonstrating the Central Government’s importance, care and trust in our province as a big province in the west and encouraging the vast majority of party members and cadres in the province.
