目的了解和掌握2007年鄂尔多斯市生产批发企业和居民层次碘盐合格及食用情况。方法每个县按东南西北中随机抽取9乡,每个乡抽取4个村,2个村在乡附近,2个乡在“问题地区”或离乡政府5公里外的村,每个村随机抽取8份居民户盐样。碘盐检测采用GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法。结果2007年碘盐生产(加工、批发)层次碘盐批质量合格率100.0%。居民碘盐质量:居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均在90.0%以上,非碘盐率2.02%。结论全市碘盐质量总体良好;居民户碘盐的覆盖率、合格率、食用率均大于90%,非碘盐率仅占2.02%;加工批发企业碘盐的批质量合格率很高,碘盐中碘的均匀度也很好。
Objective To understand and master the qualifications and consumption of iodized salt in production and wholesale enterprises and residents in Erdos in 2007. Methods Nine counties were randomly selected in each county according to the northeast, southwest and north China. Four villages were selected for each township. Two villages were located in the vicinity of the township. Two townships were located in the villages of “Problem Areas” or 5 kilometers away from the township government. Village randomly selected 8 households salt samples. Iodized salt detection using GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration. Results 2007 iodized salt production (processing, wholesale) levels of iodized salt quality pass rate of 100.0%. Residents iodized salt quality: residents of iodized salt coverage, qualified rate of iodized salt, qualified iodized salt consumption rates were above 90.0%, non-iodized salt rate of 2.02%. Conclusion The quality of iodized salt in the whole city is generally good. The coverage rate, pass rate and consumption rate of iodized salt are all over 90% and the non-iodized salt rate is only 2.02%. The qualified rate of iodized salt in processing and wholesale enterprises is high, The uniformity of iodine is also good.
