乍暖还寒时候,最难将息。“裁员!裁员!”,这几乎成了即将跨入春天的互联网业,乃至整个经济大气候的一句“咒语”。让人避之唯恐不及,让人难以接受,让人难以免俗。裁员伴随着形形色色的事物一起到来。任何人都难以想象现在的“风高浪急”就是当初的“风头浪尖”,只有主动或被动卷入其中的人确切地识得个中滋味。只是谁也不清楚,这究竟是“冰山的一角”,还是一场“完美风暴”?IT 业全球“裁员总动员”,中国市场自然受到波及,不过据说程度要小得多。这儿有特殊情况,尤其是在中国加入 WTO 的“缓冲期”。最热闹和最惨烈的当然是互联网公司和 com 本身了,它们首当其冲,又是始作俑者。虽然它们会相信,“不经历风雨,怎么见彩虹?”一时让人有些“迷离”的是,正宗的 IT 企业也耐不住寂寞,抖一抖身上的多余“脂肪”,与互联网一起“大幅缩水”。难道说IT 业真的“环睹萧条、满目疮痍”吗?差不多以十年为周期的全球性调整就俨然发生在新世纪的第一个春天。继续煎熬,前途未卜。到了面临挑战和进行反思的时候了。不要被纷繁复杂的裁员风波给迷惑了,也不要就听信于言不由衷的解释和剖析,更不要没来由地悲观。这都是表面的,一时的,全球性和周期性的。而且关注一下 IT 之外的大环境,也应该抚慰一下那些“被侮辱和被损害的”失业者。让事实说话,让人们期待未来。 When the warmth is still cold, the hardest hit. “Layoffs, layoffs!” This is almost a “mantra” that is about to spring into the Internet industry and even the entire economic climate.
