针对SS型施工升降机必须要安装平层机构的要求,开发了一种空间RSSR机构串联平面正弦机构的组合机构。该机构采用升降机吊笼开门动作为驱动,实现吊笼与标准节互相位置的锁止。文中建立了该组合机构的运动模型,给出了相关的设计计算过程。结合实例采用Matlab进行了设计计算。该机构应用在SS150/150升降机的实际生产中,性能可靠。文中的研究工作为同类产品的开发提供可靠参考。
In order to meet the requirements of SS type construction elevator to install leveling mechanism, a combination mechanism of space RSSR mechanism series plane sinusoidal mechanism has been developed. The agency uses the lift cage door open action as a driver, to achieve the cage and the standard section of the mutual locking. The paper builds the motion model of the combined mechanism and gives the related design calculation process. With the example of Matlab design and calculation. The mechanism used in the SS150 / 150 lift the actual production, reliable performance. The research work in this paper provides a reliable reference for the development of similar products.
