新沂河是排泄沂、沭、泗流域洪水的主要通道。现状的新沂河究竟泄洪量是多大?将直接关系到上游的水情调度。新沂河沭阳水文站以东(称为沭东段)无区间入流,因此,通常以沭阳站的水位、流量来衡量新沂河的行洪能力。1965年以后,新沂河按沭阳站设计流量6000m~3/s、设计水位+10.75m(废黄河口基面)进行续建,于1971年竣工。1974年沂、沭河发生特大洪水,沭阳站8月16日测得最大洪峰流量6900m~3/s,相应最高洪水位为+10.76m。与设计流量6000m~3/s时的水位
Xinyi River is the drainage of Yi, Shu, Si flood waters the main channel. The actual situation of the Xinyi River discharge is how much?
