高考历史命题改革对中学历史教学起了良好的导向作用,对现行高中三年级文科班历史专题复习提出了新要求。国家教委考试中心在对中学历史教学的若干建议中,特别强调“综合复习以专题历史结构为主,以提高学生从客观上驾驭知识的水平。专题知识结构应粗细结合,重点突出,不能面面俱到。”“在复习阶段需要十分重视知识的体系,把前后左右相关的知识联系贯通起来,加以深化和提炼,使学生掌握的知识活化,能够灵活运用。”这是以历史专题复习最有权威的新要求。结合近年来的高考历史试题,具体有下面三点要求:
