一、引言目前,制备磁记录介质所采用的磁粉仍然是以针状γ-Fe_2O_3粒子为主,而针状γ-Fe_2O_3粒子的制备过程通常分三个主要步骤: 1、制备针状的α-FeOOH或γ-FeOOH。 2、FeOOH的热处理——包括脱水、还原和氧化三个阶段。 3、粒子表面处理。所谓热处理过程,就是以某种规律排列在固体中的原子或离子,随着温度的升高和处理环境的不同,晶格振动趋于频繁,使原子或离子发生移动,从而改变了物质的微观结构。因此,研究和探讨热处理工艺对磁粉性能的影响,是一个非常引人注目的课题。
I. INTRODUCTION At present, the magnetic powder used in preparation of magnetic recording media is still based on acicular γ-Fe_2O_3 particles. The preparation of acicular γ-Fe_2O_3 particles is usually divided into three main steps: 1, Preparation of acicular α- FeOOH or γ-FeOOH. 2, FeOOH heat treatment - including dehydration, reduction and oxidation of three stages. 3, particle surface treatment. The so-called heat treatment process, is to arrange the atoms or ions in a certain regularity in the solid, with the temperature increases and the processing environment, the lattice vibration tends to frequent, the atoms or ions to move, thus changing the microscopic structure. Therefore, research and discussion on the impact of heat treatment process on the performance of magnetic powder, is a very compelling topic.
