文章以兰渝铁路桃树坪隧道超前预加固大断面施工工法为例,针对砂质围岩的工程特性及隧道施工中采用的水平旋喷超前预加固措施,通过有限元数值模拟和理论计算并结合现场监测数据,详细地对隧道地层挤出变形、地层超前位移、拱顶沉降、收敛等进行了分析。分析结果表明:(1)初期最大位移速率与最终累计位移成正比关系;(2)拱顶沉降和收敛位移都表现出明显的空间效应;(3)拱顶沉降和收敛变形具有一定的相关性。在该项新工法适用性的基础上,本工程反映出来的一些地下工程规律和特点,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the advanced pre-reinforcement large-section construction method of Taoshuping Tunnel of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway as an example, in view of the engineering characteristics of sandy surrounding rock and the advance pre-reinforcement measures of horizontal rotary jet used in tunnel construction, through numerical simulation and theoretical calculation Combined with the on-site monitoring data, the deformation of tunnel strata, advance displacement of strata, vault settlement and convergence are analyzed in detail. The results show that: (1) the initial maximum displacement velocity is proportional to the final cumulative displacement; (2) both the settlement and the convergence displacement of the vault show obvious spatial effects; (3) The settlement and convergence of the vault have a certain correlation . Based on the applicability of the new construction method, the laws and characteristics of some underground construction reflected in this project can provide references for similar projects.
