目的探讨连续顺序追踪超声法在20~24孕周胎儿四肢形态、结构及运动检测中的临床作用。方法收集2012年8月至2015年8月在麻城市红十字会医院超声科进行产前超声筛查的1 840名20~24孕周孕妇的临床资料,回顾性分析连续顺序追踪超声法检出率和漏诊率。结果 1 840名孕妇中,经引产证实14例胎儿肢体畸形,占总数的0.8%。连续顺序追踪超声法检出13例胎儿肢体畸形,1例漏诊,检出率和漏诊率分别为92.9%、7.1%。13例肢体畸形胎儿中,4例马蹄内翻足;1例短肢畸形;1例为截肢畸形;1例人体鱼序列征;1例先天绞窄环综合征;1例桡骨缺失合并钩手;1例并指;1例指、趾缺如;1例多指、趾缺如;1例裂足。1例漏诊胎儿为缺指、并指畸形。结论连续顺序追踪超声法在20~24孕周胎儿四肢形态、结构及运动检测中的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of serial sequential tracking ultrasound on the morphology, structure and motion of fetus limbs during 20-24 gestational weeks. Methods The clinical data of 1840 pregnant women aged 20 to 24 weeks who underwent prenatal ultrasound screening in the Department of Ultrasound, Macheng Red Cross Hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Continuous sequential ultrasonography Rate and missed diagnosis rate. Results Of the 1 840 pregnant women, 14 cases of fetus limb deformity were confirmed by induction of labor, accounting for 0.8% of the total. Thirteen cases of fetal limb deformity were detected by sequential sequential sonography. One case missed diagnosis. The detection rate and missed diagnosis rate were 92.9% and 7.1% respectively. Among the 13 cases of deformity fetus, 4 cases had clubfoot, 1 case had short limb deformity, 1 case had amputation deformity, 1 case had human fish sequence syndrome, 1 case had congenital strangulation ring syndrome, 1 case had radial defect without hook hands, 1 case and refers to; 1 case refers to, toe missing; 1 case of multi-finger, toe missing; 1 case cracked foot. One missed diagnosis fetus lack of finger, and refers to deformity. CONCLUSIONS: The sequential clinical follow-up ultrasonography has significant clinical effect on fetal limbs morphology, structure and motion during 20-24 gestational weeks.
