英语是一门学科语言,学习英语是为了运用所学的语言知识去交际、运用语言。而语音是口头交际中赖以传递信息的媒介,可以说,语音学习是语言学习的第一步,也是语言学习的重要基础,语言学习者的发音水平对其听、说、读、写各方面技能的发展都起到直接或间接地制约作用。因此,语音教学是英语教学的一个重要组成部分,但由于小学英语PEP教材把语音教学作为选学部分,语音教学缺乏应有的重视。同时,由于我们的学生缺乏英语学习环境,部分学生学习英语是靠用汉字标注或拼音标注等方式来记忆单词,这不但不利于学生把单词的音读准,而且也不利于学习、记忆单词。所以,我们应该把语音教学贯穿于日常的英语教学当中去,而不能把语音教学孤立的来教,或者甚至不教。

At the same time, due to the lack of English learning environment for our students, some students learn English by memorizing words with Chinese characters or phonetic notation, which is not only unfavorable to students’ pronunciation of words, but also unfavorable for learning and memorizing words. Therefore, we should put the teaching of speech into everyday English teaching rather than teaching it in isolation or not even teaching it.
