日前,关于发放北京市按标准租金出租私房承租人住房补贴或提租补贴的有关问题,北京市国土房管局、房改办、财政局和住房资金管理中心联合发文,以进一步解决这个历史遗留问题,给予承租人购房政策优惠。 新规定明确了标准租私房承租人及其配偶属于无房或住房未达标的,由所在单位发放住房补贴。承租人非因个人原因不能搬出的,且承租人与其配偶属于无房和住房未达标的,所在单位应按新增租金的80%发给提租补贴。提租补贴资金总额不能超过承租人及其配偶应得的住房补贴总额。
