合资公司股东双方薪酬体系的设计是合资企业管理的难点,特别是在中国的特殊国情、多种企业所有制共存的情况下,更是合资企业能否成功的核心点。本文对比了合资公司企业双方的各种差异、提出了集中解决这种薪酬差异的方法、薪酬之外的精神激励因素,并对实施效果进行了比较分析,通过解决当前企业存在的问题,充分认识企业管理中人力资源设计的重要作用。
The design of the remuneration system for both joint-stock company shareholders is a difficult point in the joint-venture management. Especially in the special national conditions in China and the coexistence of a variety of enterprise ownership, it is even more the core of the joint venture’s success. This paper compares the differences between the two companies in the joint venture company, puts forward the methods of concentrating on the differences in salary, the motivating factors in addition to the remunerations, and makes a comparative analysis of the implementation effects.
