中国铁道学会牵引动力委员会电力机车与电传动学组,于1992年12月17～18日,以“机车与动车交流传动技术”为主题,在株洲电力机车工厂召开了第七次学术交流会。参加会议的有工厂、科研、高校等与交流传动有关的11个单位的34名代表。会议由株洲电力机车工厂桂林芳副总工程师主持。株洲电力机车研究所廖勤生所长、牵引动力委员会副主任北方交大郝荣泰教授到会并讲话。
Traction Power Commission of China Railway Society traction locomotive and electric drive group, in December 17, 1992 to 18, with “locomotive and vehicle AC drive technology” as the theme, held in Zhuzhou electric locomotive factory seventh academic exchange. Attending the meeting were 34 representatives of 11 units related to AC drive such as factories, research institutes and universities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chief Engineer Guilin Fang of Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Factory. Liao Qinsheng, director of Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute and Professor Hao Rongtai from North China Jiaotong University, vice chairman of Traction Power Committee, attended the meeting and made speeches.
