德育是教育的核心,德育目标引领德育工作。在新的历史时期,运用积极心理学的相关理论,寻求构建五年制高职德育目标体系的契合点,通过树立德育目标体系建构的积极方向——“扬善”、注意德育目标体系纵向构建的层次性以及把握德育目标体系横向构建的全面性,可以指导五年制高职校的德育目标体系向更人性、合理的方向变革,进而为培养优秀的社会所需的人才提供参考和借鉴。
