本文介绍了Ba_(1-x)Sr_xFCl体系的制备及其相关系。研究了铕激活的Ba_(1-x)Sr_xFCl体系在x射线、阴极射线及紫外线激发下的发光,并讨论了在不同气氛(N_2气氛、H_2(10%)-N_2气氛、碳覆盖、空气)下焙烧制得的Ba_(1-x)Sr_xFCl:Eu体系的发光光谱。发现在上述情况下,Ba_(1-x)Sr_xFCl:Eu体系的发光都包含一个Eu~(2+)的f-f跃迁的锐线谱和一个5d-4f跃迁的带谱。此外,在N_2气氛和空气中制得的试样还显示出Eu~(3+)典型的发射谱峰。
This article describes the preparation of Ba_ (1-x) Sr_xFCl system and its relationship. The luminescence of Ba_ (1-x) Sr_xFCl system excited by europium under the excitation of x-ray, cathode ray and ultraviolet ray was studied. The effects of atmosphere atmosphere of N_2, H_2 (10% Luminescence spectra of Ba_ (1-x) Sr_xFCl: Eu system prepared by calcination. It is found that the luminescence of Ba_ (1-x) Sr_xFCl: Eu system all contains a Euler (2+) f-f transition sharp line spectrum and a 5d-4f transition band spectrum under the above conditions. In addition, samples prepared in N 2 atmosphere and air also show the typical emission peak of Eu 3+.
