针对复合材料仿骨缝齿接结构模型表述复杂性问题,基于MATLAB与Python语言对有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行二次开发,提出了复合材料齿接结构的参数化构建方法。并以此为基础,初步研究了齿顶角、基线类型、层级与结构力学性能之间的关系。研究结果表明,在拉伸载荷作用下,具有小齿顶角度、复杂基线特性、高层级特性的齿接结构可以表现出更好的力学性能。通过本文工作,实现了齿接结构的参数化构建,初步揭示了齿接结构承载能力、损伤机理和几何形貌之间的关系。
Aiming at the complexities of the composite model, the secondary development of finite element analysis software ABAQUS was put forward based on MATLAB and Python language. A parametric construction method of the composite tooth structure was proposed. And based on this, the relationship between the crest angle, the baseline type, the level and the mechanical properties of the structure was preliminarily studied. The results show that, under the tensile load, the tooth-tip structure with small tip angle, complex baseline characteristics and high-level characteristics can show better mechanical properties. Through the work of this paper, the parametric construction of the gear-tooth structure has been realized, and the relationship between the bearing capacity, the damage mechanism and the geometry of the gear-tooth structure has been initially revealed.
