本文研究了三种不同含氮量的硝化纤维素(NC)分别与邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、三醋酸甘油酯(TA)、二硝基甲苯(DNT)和硝化甘油(NG)组成浓溶液体系的相溶性。 实验结果得出:1)3~#NC分别与DEP、DBP、TA、DNT和NG所组成体系相溶性的顺序为;3~#NC/DEP>3~#NC/TA>3~#NC/DBP>3~#NC/DNT>3~#NC/NC,2)2~#NC分别与DEP、DBP和TA所组成浓溶液体系相溶性的顺序为:剪切速率(?)>6×10~(-5)秒(-1)时,2~#NC/DEP>2~#NC/DBP>2~#NC/TA;(?)<6×10(-5)秒(-1)时。~#NC/DEP>2~#NC/TA>2~#NC/DBP。3)1~#NC分别与DEP、DBP和TA.所组成浓溶液体系相溶性的顺序为:1~#NC/DEP>1~#NC/DBP>1~#NC/TA。结果表明,不同氮量NC浓溶液体系的η。与体系的溶度参数差值有关。
In this paper, three kinds of nitrocellulose (NC) with different nitrogen content were studied respectively with DBP, DBP, TA, Toluene (DNT) and nitroglycerin (NG) composed of concentrated solution system compatibility. The results show that different nitrogen content of NC concentrated solution η. And the solubility of the system parameters related to the difference.
