分析了蒸汽水下加热噪声主要声源,通过蒸汽水下加热噪声试验,研究了蒸汽水下加热时噪声的变化规律。研究和分析结果发现:蒸汽水下加热噪声主要是汽泡破灭噪声,噪声A声压级同水的过冷度有直接关系,A声压级在过冷度为35~40℃时达到最大;蒸汽水下加热噪声A声压级随蒸汽流量的增加而增加;蒸汽流量一定,开孔面积越大,噪声A声压级越小。
The main noise sources of steam under water heating are analyzed. The noise of steam under water heating is studied through the experiment of underwater steam heating noise. The results of research and analysis show that the noise of underwater steam is mainly the bubble burst noise, the sound pressure level of noise A is directly related to the subcooling degree of water, and the A sound pressure level reaches the maximum when the subcooling degree is 35-40 ℃. The sound pressure level of steam heated by underwater heating A increases with the increase of steam flow rate. The steam flow rate is constant, the larger the opening area is, the smaller the sound pressure level of noise A is.
