目的研究国产依扑拉芬对大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法:使用维甲酸诱导大鼠骨质疏松。结果:依扑拉芬显著降低维甲酸升高的尿Ca(2+)排泄量,显著升高血Ca(2+)浓度。逆转维甲酸降低的血pi浓度,剂量依赖性增加维甲酸降低的股骨干骺端和骨干的平均骨密度,显著升高维甲酸降低的股骨Ca(2+)和Pi含量。结论:依扑拉芬对维甲酸引起的大鼠骨质疏松具有良好的防治作用。
Objective To study the effect of domestic tiopanfen on osteoporosis in rats. Methods: Retinoic acid was used to induce osteoporosis in rats. RESULTS: Toxoparafen significantly reduced urinary Ca (2 +) excretion and increased serum Ca (2+) concentration significantly. Reversing the reduced blood pi concentration of retinoic acid increased the mean bone mineral density of the metaphyseal and diaphysis femoral shafts reduced in a dose-dependent manner, and significantly increased the femoral Ca (2+) and Pi contents reduced by tretinoin. Conclusion: Toxoprofen has good preventive and therapeutic effects on rat osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid.
