以 1 -(4 -甲酰氨基苯 ) -3 -(4 -偶氮苯基苯 ) -三氮烯键合硅胶 (MBABT-SG)为修饰剂 ,液体石蜡为粘合剂 ,制备 MBABT-SG修饰碳糊电极 ,在 p H=8.0 0 ,0 .2 mol/L 的氨性缓冲底液中 ,于 -1 .2 0 V(vs.SCE,下同 )的电位下富集 ,将 Cd2 + 以 Cd-MBABT-SG络合物的形式吸附在电极上 ,以阳极溶出伏安法测定。于-0 .764V处有一灵敏氧化峰 ,峰电流与 Cd2 +的浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 -7~ 1 .0× 1 0 -4mol/L范围内成良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 1 .0× 1 0 -7mol/L。
MBABT - SG was prepared by using liquid paraffin as binder and 1 - (4 - carboxamidophenyl) -3 - (4 - azobenzenebenzene) - triazene bonded silica gel Modified carbon paste electrode, in p H = 8.0 0, 0.2 mol / L ammoniacal buffer solution at -1.2 V (vs.SCE, the same below) potential, the Cd2 + Cd-MBABT-SG complex adsorbed on the electrode, as determined by anodic stripping voltammetry. There was a sensitive oxidation peak at -0.764V, and the peak current was in a good linear relationship with Cd2 + concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10 -7 ~ 1 .0 × 10 4 mol / L with a detection limit of 1 .0 × 10 -7 mol / L.
