在创建劳动关系和谐企业中,职代会、集体合同、厂务公开等制度是创建活动的基石;关心困难职工的生活,切实保障广大职工分享改革发展的成果是创建活动的着力点;关注职工身心健康,对职工进行心理疏导,能提升创建活动的水平;对职工进行法律宣传教育,主动依法科学维权,能推动创建工作的深入持久。通过开展劳动关系和谐企业创建活动,有效地推动了工程处各项工作的全面开展。
In establishing a harmonious enterprise with labor relations, the system of employee representative deputies, collective contracts and factory work openness is the cornerstone of the activity. Concerning the living difficulties of employees and effectively ensuring that the majority of employees share the fruits of reform and development are the focal points for creating activities; Physical and mental health, psychological counseling for employees, can enhance the level of creating activities; legal education of workers, take the initiative to defend the rights of science and law, can promote the creation of work in-depth and lasting.
