本文以事业单位为研究对象,探讨事业单位岗位设置管理中的问题与对策。首先对相关核心概念进行了简要概述;主要介绍了事业单位、岗位及岗位管理;分析了相关的内容,对事业单位岗位管理相关理论做了确切说明;提出了岗位管理中存在的一些问题,并分析了导致这些问题的相关因素,且在此基础之上,提出了一些具体的解决对策。希望能够通过本文初步论述引起更多的关注与更为广泛的交流,从而为该方面的理论研究工作与改革实践工作提供一些有价值的信息,以供参考。
This article takes the public institution as the research object, and discusses the problems and countermeasures in the post establishment management of the public institution. First of all, it gives a brief overview of the related core concepts. It mainly introduces the management of public institutions, positions and posts. It analyzes the relevant contents and makes an exact description of the relevant theories of the post management in public institutions. Some problems in job management are pointed out. Analyzed the related factors that led to these problems, and on this basis, put forward some specific solutions. I hope that through the initial discussion of this article arouse more attention and more extensive exchanges so as to provide some valuable information for theoretical research work and reform practice in this aspect for reference.
