以复等位基因遗传的白菜核基因雄性不育系00S107为不育源,采用连续回交转育同时测交筛选基因型的方法,向紫菜薹自交系XA500中转育核不育基因,育成了园艺学性状与XA500相近,不育株率和不育度均达到100%的紫菜薹雄性不育系GMS500。用该不育系配成的杂交组合整齐一致,园艺学性状优异,单位面积产量显著高于对照品种‘紫婷11号’。
The male sterile line 00S107 of Brassica campestris plants inherited by allele was used as male sterile line. The male sterile line XA500 was crossed with continuous backcrossing and simultaneous screening to screen the genotype. Horticultural traits similar to the XA500, sterile plant rate and sterility were 100% of the purple sedge male sterile line GMS500. The hybrid combinations formed by this CMS line were neat and tidy with excellent horticultural traits and the yield per unit area was significantly higher than that of the control cultivar ’Zuting 11’.
