东西关水电厂自动化系统从瑞典 ABB 公司引进,其中3、4号机组自动化部分在脱离 ABB 专家的情况下,由电厂自己调试,3号机于96年9月29日投运,4号机于同年12月12日投运,至此,电厂机组自动化系统已全部投运。电厂引进自动化系统设备主要包括:计算机监控系统,调速器电柜,励磁系统及自动化元件几个部分。计算机监控系统由 ABB Master 系统构成分布式结构,分为厂站级和现地级两层,厂站级包括 The automation system of Dongxiguan Hydropower Plant was introduced from ABB Company of Sweden. The No.3 engine was put into operation on September 29, 1996 and the No.4 engine at December 12 the same year put into operation, so far, power plant automation system has been fully operational. Power plant automation system equipment imported include: computer monitoring system, governor panels, excitation systems and automation components in several parts.
