世界上稠油油藏可采量超过了规原油.由于稠油油藏地层一般比较疏松生产易出砂,压裂防砂完井是疏松砂岩稠油油藏用造措施之一.而裂缝参数选取对于压裂防砂施工来说是至关重要.针对目前裂缝参数优化仅仅以产能为目标缺陷,本文引用裂缝流比重念来表征人工裂缝对油藏流体传输量贡献大小,裂缝流比重越大双线性流模式越标准,越有利于防砂生产.建立了压裂井数值模拟模,以计算不同宽比矩泄油区域中压裂井期生产情况.统一压裂设计方法基上,以增产和防砂为双重优化目标提出了一种优化疏松砂岩稠油油藏压裂井裂缝参数新方法:即对于定条件油藏和压裂用支撑剂数量,存一个特定无因次裂缝流能力使缝流比重数取最大值,此时裂缝参数即为最优裂缝参数.回归了正方泄油区域压裂防砂井参数优化公式,可以据油藏和支撑剂条件方便地进行压裂井裂缝参数优化.对于矩泄油区域,可以用等效支撑剂数消除宽比影响,将其等效为正方泄油区域之后进行裂缝参数优化.
