这篇论文将探讨学习者最重要的个体因素之一:焦虑。在语言学习和教学过程中,学习者的焦虑已经被认为是外语学习的一个主要障碍。积极情绪、情感的参与会产生良好的教学效果,消极的情感如焦虑、抑制、沮丧等会影响学习潜力的正常发挥。国内外的研究基本弄清楚了外语学习焦虑的定义和分类。在此基础上,许多研究又证明了外语学习焦虑与学习成绩之间是有关系的。本论文主要讨论了学生在英语课堂上语言焦虑状况及教师针对这种状况如何降低学生语言学习焦虑程度。
This essay will explore one of the most important individual factors for learners: anxiety. In the process of language learning and teaching, the anxiety of learners has been considered as a major obstacle in foreign language learning. Positive emotions and emotional participation will produce good teaching results. Negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and frustration will affect the normal development of learning potentials. The research at home and abroad basically clarifies the definition and classification of anxiety in foreign language learning. On this basis, many studies have proved that there is a relationship between language anxiety and academic performance. This thesis mainly discusses the students’ language anxiety in English class and how to reduce the anxiety of students in this situation.
