随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,对能源的需求量越来越大。在我国各大油田采油生产中,如何提高采油的质量,减少功率损耗是我国采油企业重点研究的一个课题。我国自1981年引进潜油电泵技术以来至今已经进30年的历史,潜油电泵作为重要的机械采油设备在各大油田中得到了广泛的运用,成为了油田高产、稳产的重要手段之一。本文介绍了国内外潜油电泵、潜油螺杆泵采油技术的发展情况,从其系统结构、工作原理分析了影响采油效率的主要因素,提出了研发新潜油电机驱动采油技术的设想。
With economic development, people’s living standards continue to increase, the demand for energy is growing. In our country’s major oilfield production, how to improve the quality of oil recovery, reduce power consumption is a key issue of China’s oil companies. Since the introduction of submersible electric pump technology in 1981, our country has been in the history of 30 years. Submersible electric pump, as an important mechanical oil recovery equipment, has been widely used in major oilfields and has become an important means of high yield and stable production in the oilfield one. In this paper, the development of submersible pump and submersible screw pump at home and abroad are introduced. The main factors that affect oil recovery efficiency are analyzed from the aspects of system structure and working principle. The idea of developing new submersible motor driven oil recovery technology is put forward.
