在频繁的国际交往中,我们针对外事交流中出现的“单程接待”、外事交往频率与科室发展不平衡等现象作一分析讨论,提出了外事人员不仅要有政策意识、服务意识,更要具有效益意识。在外事交流的不同阶段,采用不同的策略,为提高国际合作的成功率,为医院、科室的人才培养、学科发展起推动作用。
In frequent international exchanges, we analyzed and discussed the phenomenon of “one-way reception”, the frequency of foreign affairs exchanges, and the unbalanced development of the departments in foreign affairs exchanges, and proposed that foreign personnel must not only have policy awareness and service awareness, but also have Benefit awareness. In different phases of foreign affairs exchange, different strategies are adopted to promote the success rate of international cooperation and to promote the training of personnel and the development of disciplines in hospitals and departments.
