以丙烯酸、溴乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸、4-羟基苯甲醛、4-甲氧基苯胺为原料,经醚化、酰氯化、酯化和希夫碱反应合成中间体和液晶化合物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振等对化合物的结构进行表征。最后利用偏光显微镜测试目标产物的液晶性能。结果表明:含柔性间隔基的化合物具有很好的向列相液晶性能,目标化合物的液晶相宽度达到110℃左右,具有广阔的应用前景。
The intermediates and liquid crystal compounds were synthesized by the esterification, chlorination, esterification and Schiff base reaction of acrylic acid, bromoethanol, p - hydroxybenzoic acid, 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4 - methoxyaniline. The structure of the compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and the like. Finally, the polarizing microscope was used to test the liquid crystal properties of the target product. The results show that the compounds with flexible spacers have good nematic liquid crystal properties and the liquid crystal phase width of the target compound reaches about 110 ℃, which has broad application prospects.
