目的:了解大型娱乐场所从业人员的性行为状况及其安全性行为相关因素。方法:匿名问卷调查某一大型娱乐中心669名从业人员,分析娱乐场所从业人员的性行为状况及其安全性行为相关因素。结果:娱乐场所从业人员的婚前性行为、1个月内多个性伴侣和最近1次性生活不使用安全套等不安全性行为的发生比率分别为79.3%、38.9%和45.9%。居住过城市数多的对象婚前性行为和多个性伴侣发生率高,艾滋病风险意识高的对象多个性伴侣的发生几率低,使用安全套的比例相对较高。结论:被调查对象性行为相对开放,不安全性行为比例高,并且与其性病艾滋病风险意识、流动性有关,需要有效的健康促进干预。 Objectives: To understand the sexual behavior of employees in large-scale entertainment venues and the factors related to their safety behaviors. Methods: Anonymous questionnaires were surveyed in 669 employees in a large entertainment center to analyze the sexual behavior of employees in entertainment venues and the factors related to their safety behavior. Results: The occupational pre-marital sex behaviors of entertainment establishments were 79.3%, 38.9% and 45.9% respectively in unsafe sex behaviors such as multiple sexual partners within one month and the recent non-use of condoms in sex life. People who live in cities with a high number of pre-marital sex and multiple sexual partners, high risk of AIDS awareness Multiple partners have a low probability of occurrence, the proportion of condoms is relatively high. CONCLUSION: The respondents are relatively open to sexual activity and have a high proportion of unsafe sex behaviors, and are associated with their risk awareness and mobility of STDs and need effective health promotion interventions.
