目前,一些住房公积金管理中心(以下简称管理中心)存在兴办经济实体或投资、参股等问题,使住房资金的管理出现了很大风险,损害了职工的利益。为认真贯彻《住房公积金管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)。维护住房公积金所有者的合法权益,保证管理中心的健康发展,现就有关问题通知如下: 一、根据《条例》的规定,管理中心要负责住房公积金的保值。在保证住房公积金提取和个人住房贷款发放的前提下,将住房公积金用于购买国债是管理中心唯一的保值手段。管理中心不得将住房公积金、住房维修基金及其增值收益、公有住房出售收入用于投资、参股和购买股票。 二、管理中心不得兴办任何类型的经济
