现代对车辆制动系的输出指标要求愈来愈高,而这些指标又与制动器的性质及其参数有关。目前,制动器工作过程和制动器设计方法的研究正在受到高度重视,国内外都在为改善蹄鼓式和盘式制动器的结构进行工作。在机械工程中,制动器设计是一个宽阔的领域,本文仅研究典型的凸轮作用的铰接内蹄式制动器的优化设计。文中给出了同一问题的三种目标函数,以及优化实例。一、制动器结构与优化设计原理
The output requirements of modern vehicle brake systems are increasing, and these indicators are related to the nature of brakes and their parameters. At present, the research on the brake working process and the design method of the brake is receiving high attention. Both at home and abroad are working to improve the structure of shoe drum and disc brakes. In mechanical engineering, brake design is a broad field. This paper only studies the optimal design of a typical cam-acting articulated inner shoe brake. Three objective functions of the same problem and examples of optimization are given in this paper. First, brake structure and optimal design principles
