对因急性白血病(AL)、恶性淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)联合化疗及其他药物所致中性粒细胞缺乏症19例患者予以重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗,中性粒细胞绝对数(ANC)达显效、有效分别为13例(68.42%),2例(10.52%),总有效率78.94%;所需中位时间分别为8,14天。治疗后ANC增值1.57~11360倍,白细胞(WBC)、ANC达显效、有效时间明显缩短(P<0.005)。随着ANC增值,患者感染、使用广谱抗生素及化疗间歇时间均缩短,对患者及时进行化疗、安全渡过化疗后骨髓抑制期,进一步杀灭体内残存肿瘤细胞及缩减整体医疗费用具有重要意义。
Nineteen patients with neutropenia due to acute leukemia (AL), malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma (MM) combined with chemotherapy and other drugs were treated with recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) The absolute number of neutrophils (ANC) was significantly effective, respectively, 13 cases (68.42%), 2 cases (10.52%), the total effective rate was 78.94%; median time required were 8, 14 days. After treatment, the added value of ANC was 1.57-11360 times, and WBC and ANC were significantly improved, and the effective time was significantly shortened (P <0.005). With the added value of ANC, patients infected, using broad-spectrum antibiotics and chemotherapy intermittent time are shortened, timely chemotherapy for patients, safely through the chemotherapy after bone marrow suppression phase, to further kill the body of residual tumor cells and reduce the overall medical costs of great significance.
