水下不分散混凝土的研究和应用

本文介绍一种新型水下不分散聚合物改性混凝土(简称NDC),该混凝土适用于水下施工和水下修补混凝土建筑物。这种混凝士在水中不分散,不离析,流动性好(坍落度为20~25cm),自流平,自密实,不需振捣。其抗压强度可达40MPa以上,水下凝混土的强度可保留空气中混凝土强度84%以上,其它各项性能均可满足工程要求。水下混凝土技术容易掌握,操作简便,已在国内多项工程中实际应用,如引滦入津隧洞底板和侧墙混凝土破坏的修补、吉林省松原市松花江大桥桥墩的水下施工等。 This article describes a new type of underwater non-dispersible polymer modified concrete (NDC), which is suitable for underwater construction and underwater repair of concrete buildings. This coagulation in the water is not dispersed, no segregation, good fluidity (slump 20 ~ 25cm), self-leveling, self-compact, without vibration. The compressive strength of up to 40MPa above, the strength of underwater aggregate soil can retain concrete strength in air more than 84%, and other performance can meet the engineering requirements. Underwater concrete technology is easy to grasp and easy to operate. It has been put into practical application in many domestic projects, such as repairing the damage of the concrete floor of the Luanhe-Tianjin tunnel and the side wall, and underwater construction of Songhua River Bridge Pier in Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
