利用氩弧熔覆技术,以Ti粉、C粉、Fe粉为原料在Q235钢基体表面上原位合成高硬度复合涂层。采用金相显微镜观察分析涂层显微组织,利用洛氏硬度仪测试熔覆层的硬度。结果表明:熔覆层组织由树枝晶、等轴晶组成,TiC主要分布于晶粒内和晶界处,涂层显微硬度随TiC含量的增加而增大。
Using argon arc cladding technology, Ti powder, C powder and Fe powder are used as raw materials to synthesize the high hardness composite coating on Q235 steel substrate surface in situ. The microstructure of the coating was observed by optical microscope and the hardness of the coating was tested by Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the coating is composed of dendrite and equiaxed grains. TiC is mainly distributed in the grain and the grain boundary. The microhardness of the coating increases with the increase of TiC content.
