目的:探索和发掘非药物治疗手段辅助脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍,以期缩短起效时间、治疗时间和治疗周期.方法:将66名患儿分为脑电生物反馈组(A组)和脑电生物反馈并红外偏振光治疗组(B组),每周治疗2~3次,20次为1个疗程,每组均进行2个疗程.采用整合视听连续执行测试系统(IVA-CPT),得出综合注意力商数(FRCQ)和综合反应控制商数(FAQ),从而对患者当前状况作出评价.结果:两种治疗方法均收到良好治疗效果.B组起效时间大为缩短,差异具有显著性意义.结论:脑电生物反馈辅以红外偏振光穴位照射治疗,能够缩短起效时间和疗程,对治疗注意缺陷多动障碍有更好的疗效.
