跑酷运动是一项随时随地都能进行的运动,可在校园内不影响文化课的任何地方举行。其中猫扑动作对练习者的要求比较高,对力量素质,灵敏素质,耐力素质等都提出了较高的要求,特别对指关节的力量要求比较高。对进入生长发育期的学生来说,肌肉力量往往跟不上骨骼的发展,尤其是指关节和小肌肉群的力量和柔韧性。笔者根据投掷运动员小肌肉群力量训练原理,结合实际教学经验,对提升学生力量和柔韧提出自己的看法。
Parkour is a sport that can be performed anytime, anywhere, and can be held anywhere on campus without affecting cultural classes. The cat flutter action on the requirements of the practitioners is relatively high, the strength of the quality, sensitive quality, endurance quality and so put forward higher requirements, especially on the strength of the knuckles higher. For students entering the growth and development period, muscle strength often can not keep up with the development of bones, especially the strength and flexibility of joints and small muscle groups. According to the principle of throwing athletes small muscle strength training, combined with the actual teaching experience, I put forward my own views on enhancing students’ strength and flexibility.
